Prints are made to order in our studio within 2–3 working days, then shipped tracked and free. Most orders arrive within a week; you'll receive tracking the moment your parcel leaves us.
We print with archival pigment inks on 308gsm cotton rag — acid-free, museum-grade, and rated to resist fading for a century under normal indoor light. Every print is studio-stamped on the back.
Prints ship unframed as standard so you can match your own interior — all sizes fit off-the-shelf frames. Need a frame? Write to us before ordering and we'll arrange a framed option for most sizes.
Thirty days, no questions. If the print doesn't sing on your wall, contact us for a prepaid return label and a full refund. Custom-framed pieces are refunded as store credit.
Hang out of prolonged direct sunlight, frame behind UV glass where possible, and handle by the edges. Avoid humid rooms like bathrooms unless the piece is professionally sealed.
Yes — hotels, publishers and brands license Tidewick images regularly. Send the intended use, size and duration via the contact page and we'll reply with a quote within two working days.
